Otto places 7th: Chambersburg's Jeremy Otto finished in a tie for seventh place in a Mid Penn Commonwealth boys golf match at Centre Hills G.C. on Wednesday afternoon.

Otto shot a 79 to tie with Hershey's Ryan Dhawan and Chris Warner of State College.

On the front side, Otto pocketed birdies on both par 5 holes, No. 2 and No. 6, to offset one double bogey and shoot 39. He tallied 40 on the back side with a birdie on No. 12.

Also scoring for the Trojans were Brady Fretz, with a 92 (tied for 32nd), while Grayson Kegerreis and teammate Brady Sites tied for 37th by carding scores of 99.

State College won the match with 303 strokes and Chambersburg was sixth with 381. Joey Sembrot of Central Dauphin won with a 1-under 71.
