"We didn't get too up and down, we played solid the whole game," Chambersburg coach Ed Franchi said. "We played well together and we were unselfish."

Greencastle (0-1), a PIAA semifinalist last year in 5A, rallied to tie the Trojans twice, and 1-1 and 2-2, both on goals by Haley Noblit.

Chambersburg (2-0) went ahead 1-0, and then 2-1 at halftime. Both goals were scored by Kadence Decker off assists from Lily Nichter.

After Noblit tied it for a second time, Cramer twice received through balls from Summer Jones, and was able to convert on breakaways on both occasions.

Franchi said, "In the second half they had the better of play, but we were countering quickly. We used our speed up top, delivered some good passes and did a good job finishing."

The Trojans led in shots, 8-6, and G-A had more corner kicks, 4-2.
