Girls’ offense falters vs. William Penn

GIRLS BASKETBALL
William Penn 49, Chambersburg 19: The Trojans mustered their lowest point output of the season and fell by 30 points to the Bearcats in a first-round game of the Donegal Holiday Tournament on Wednesday night.

Chambersburg (2-7) will play for third place on Thursday evening at 6 against host school Donegal. Red Land beat Donegal 43-25 in the first round.

The Trojans' highest point total in any quarter was the first, when it trailed 15-7. York High went up 25-9 at halftime.

T.T. Kelly was the only player for Chambersburg with more than 3 points, scoring 7.

For William Penn (5-3), Zykira McGee led with 12 points.
