GIRLS BASKETBALL
Chambersburg 51, Donegal 23: The Trojans' trio of bigs each reached double figures in scoring Thursday night and led their team to a third-place finish at the Donegal Holiday Tournament by besting the hosts in the consolation game.

Riley Evans

Chambersburg (3-7) halted a three-game losing streak.

For the Trojans, Emily Forrester led with 15 points, T.T. Kelly put up 12 and Riley Evans scored 10. Bree Paetow chipped in with 7 points.

"Emily had a double-double, while T.T. and Riley each had nine rebounds," Chambersburg coach Jamiur King said. "T.T. gave us a spark both days and was named to the All-Tournament team.

"Our guards handled pressure a lot better today. We needed a win. Minus yesterday, we feel like we've been in most if not all of our games."

The Trojans ran out to a 15-6 lead after one quarter and led 40-13 after three quarters.
