Pressure from Hershey too much for Trojans

BOYS LACROSSE
Hershey 13, Chambersburg 1: The Trojans had a rough day trying to pick up groundballs and were dominated by Hershey in a non-league game on the road Thursday afternoon.

"Hershey looked really good," Chambersburg coach Joey Wilmot said. "They pressured us really hard and overwhelmed our guys. And they really dominated on groundballs. Typically losing groundballs is an 'effort' issue, but today it felt like we had opportunities and were in position, but just couldn't pick it up. And it seemed like they scored off every single one of those chances."

Riley Harmon had an excellent game on faceoffs for the Trojans (1-3), winning 10 of 14, but Chambersburg could not turn those possessions into goals.

The only goal came late in the final quarter when Garrett Iser found Logan Mulkey for a close-in shot.
