Carlisle 14, Chambersburg 4: The Trojans put up a fight against the Thundering Herd in a Mid Penn Commonwealth game on Tuesday evening on the road, but still took their seventh straight defeat.

"We played really hard tonight and made some major improvements from last week," Chambersburg coach Keara Allshouse said. "We played our hearts out during every second of the game."

The goal scorers for the Trojans (1-7, 0-3 MPC) included Gabriella Sabatino, McKenna Myers, Mara Costello and Reagan Barrett, while Sabatino was credited with an assist.
