BOYS LACROSSE
Chambersburg 11, Dover 8: The Trojans stepped out of Mid Penn Conference play and handed the Eagles a non-league loss Friday night on the road.

Dominic Barbagallo

Matt Tucker on offense and Dom Barbagallo on defense had well-played games to lead Chambersburg (5-7) to its fourth win in the last 5.

Tucker scored 8 goals and Barbagallo caused a career-high 5 turnovers.

"Dom and Matt really stepped up today when we needed them," Trojan coach Joey Wilmot said. "They were instrumental in our success tonight. Matt had as good of an offensive performance as I've seen this season. He was really feeling it today."

Riley Harmon, Garrett Iser and Sam Kunkleman each scored one goal and Kunkleman (2), Blake Dupont and Logan Mulkey each had assists.

Wilmot said, "Tavian Ferguson made some really nice hustle plays and brought the energy tonight, with seven groundballs, and he was all over the field."

Harmon was 10-for-18 on faceoffs.
