Chambersburg 5, Central Dauphin East 0: For the second straight day, the Trojans dominated their opposition, winning four matches in straight sets, in a Mid Penn Commonwealth win over the Panthers on Tuesday afternoon at Norlo Park.
The No. 1 doubles match was the most tightly-contested. Chambersburg's team of Reese Miller and Ashlee Barrett dropped the first set 6-4, but won 6-2 in the second and won an abbreviated game 3, 1-0.
Shelby Newman and Leah Wadel had a 6-0, 6-0 whitewash at No. 2 doubles, as did No. 2 singles player Charlie Kalathas.
Also for the Trojans (3-4, 2-2 MPC), Sarah Vessah won 6-1, 6-1 at No. 1 singles and Marley Christopher won 6-3, 6-0 at No. 3.
